2008/09/09-10 the french quarter, finally

can you imagine that i have been in new orleans for over 8 weeks without visiting the famous french quarter?! that’s like going to vienna without lingering along the ‘kaernter strasse’..
but you know what? it don’t [doesn’t, actually.. matt totally wrecked my english..*smile*] matter as i don’t like it too much: touristy, over priced and freakishly hot.

but here’s the good spots we found:

and the 'court of two sisters'

where we enjoyed a wonderful buffet with jazz music.

well, maybe i do like it.
