due to my major in 'human resource management' i 'had to' participate in a seminar called 'social competences'. not that anyone of us has a lack, but you can never learn enough.
anyway, besides improving our presentation skills we learned how to moderate group processes and optimize their outputs. beside that, we experienced fascinating group dynamics, which made us accomplish the seminar's mission without even knowing it.
