matthew j. d. - chef de la cuisine

we stick to the plan to have dinner every night. as my cooking sucks [well, it actually doesn't, but i just don't enjoy the process], matt prepares the finest dishes every night.

he cooks so well that he even made me eat roastbeef [go figure!]:

roast beef
in new orleans [or is it the states?] it is common to eat it with rice.. i am glad, we had the noodles, tho.

pork chops
with green beans al dente and safran rice as a side

shish kabob
sticks with shrimps, beef, pineapple and anythings else that could be delicious

stuffed tomatoes
my personal favorite as they were stuffed with olives, tomatoes, cellery and crabmeat.. undescribable!

breakfast:
we also have a morning routine [unless we gotta get up really early] - matt spoils me rotten with all different kinds of eggs and stuff [haven't taken a picture of the pancakes yet].
french toast
white bread [like baguette or toast] soaked in egg, milk and seasonings; amazing with maple syrup

eggs cooked 'over easy'

french omelette
