If it's raining heavily, you either stay home or go to a place, where it's fine regardless.. so off we went to Bad Ischl, where empress Sisi used to summer. First, we visited her 'garden',..

2008/05/21 historical features
due to matt's not feeling too well we cancelled our hiking plans and made a small trip to ischl - where we visited sisi's and franz' holiday residence: the kaiservilla.
furthermore we certainly had to pass by the famous café zauner to enjoy some fancy cakes.
on our way home we passed by the concentration camp memorial in ebensee.. creepy.
